About Dr. Weller

Jim Weller is a life-long resident of Baltimore County. His undergraduate education began at the University of Baltimore and he completed a Bachelor of Science Degree from Towson University. Jim was vice-president of his college fraternity, Omega Kappa. He graduated from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland in 1978.

After graduation, he joined the Towson practice of Dr. Donald Frey, DDS and in 1990 purchased the practice from Dr. Frey. The practice remains in its original office location on Joppa Road. Jim is currently the solo practitioner supported by a great team of dental assistants and hygienists - most of whom have worked with Dr. Weller in the same practice for 25 years or more! Many patients have life long relationships with Dr. Weller and now bring their children to the office. His great sense of humor puts patients quickly at ease. His friendliness and out-going personality, complimented by the warm reception of his staff, make every dental visit a relaxed experience.

In addition to his general dentistry skills, Dr. Weller has advanced training in orthodontics and is a qualified practitioner in Lumineers and cosmetic dentistry.

Jim lives in Stoneleigh with his wife Terri, where they raised a son and two daughters. Jim and Terri spend as much time as they can in Ocean City visiting their first grandchild.

Jim fills his spare time as a member of the Maryland Archeological Society and the Maryland Saltwater Sport Fishing Association. He is an avid conservationist.
